Founded in 1990, SVM Asset Management is a privately-owned firm based in Edinburgh. The three founding directors continue to own 100% of the equity, with managers and staff participating in an equity scheme ensuring that there is a long-term commitment to the success of the Company.

Our principal specialisation is UK and European equities investment as well as global fund of funds.

SVM recently won 'Best Overall Group Award - Equity Small category' at the Lipper Fund Awards 2008.

The SVM UK Opportunities Fund has had a great start to 2009, recouping some if its losses after a disappointing 2008. The Fund is currently one of the top performing funds in the IMA All Companies Sector and has already gained 41% year to date. (Source: Lipper to 31/05/2009)
